I guess...

... I really am more ambitious than others.  Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, but in the end, the rewards are always worth it.

To the person who tried to ruin my life...

...I forgive you.  I've learned that my worrying and paranoia over that mess solves nothing.  You cannot--nor will you ever-- hurt me again.  I'm letting go.

There are times in our lives...

... when things don't go right.  Remember that this is a time to learn for the future and just keep it in your notes for life.

Packing...

...is a horrible, yet necessary life experience.  Any pointers for me?

It may take you a while...

...but when you realize that a situation may be different than what it actually is, it could be a life changing experience.

Even when you are happy that something is being done...

...you would still prefer to do it your way because those that are taking care of it aren't doing it the way you thought they would.  If I could take care of this myself, I most certainly would.

Slamming your head against the wall...

...only causes pain for the slammee.  Find a new alternative.

No matter what path you take...

...sometimes, the destination is the same.

I am so happy...

...that I am able to use SimCity4 as an educational tool.  Ha Ha!

Sometimes you don't realize...

...how much you have grown until the world around you tells you have outgrown your current habitat.

Ignorance...

...is annoying.  And probably in Keene's water supply.

Even if you put on sunblock...

...your body will find a way to get a sunburn :(

Decision Making...

...is difficult, but can -- and will be worth it.

Patience...

...is the key to everything.  Strike too soon and thy prey will flee.  Just because you aren't somewhere now doesn't mean you won't be somewhere later when it is all better.

If things seem bad at the beginning...

...it will likely not get any better later.  No matter how hard you try to fight through it, it will be unsuccessful in the end.

The best way home from school at 5pm...

...is the Ocean Parkway.  Although it is never quicker than 40 minutes, it beats 80 minutes any day.

At this point in my life...

... I have to be extremely selfish because it is the only time that I can be.

There are times...

...when you will never fix the problem because it only reproduces itself (literally).

The thrill of the chase...

...is both thrilling and absolutely frustrating.  Sometimes, this pursuit affects more that just the one item you chase.  There are also times where it makes you question whether the chase is worth pursuing.  However, in the end, you continue the pursuit because you know it will be all worth it in the end.

Greeting Card Companies....

...like to get super specific nowadays. Passing Your Tests...Job Loss...Divorce...Rehab...Umpteenth Birthday?!

...judge you by the books you check out. Especially if you have an expired library card.

I am a huge fan...

...of local radio stations trashing its own when it is properly deserved.  WKVT-FM says that all the residents of Brattleboro, VT and surrounding areas still think it is 1968.  Very nice!

They are cop out words that do nothing to help explain a stance but are rather words that are meant to trigger a favorable attitude. They are cheap and disgusting. Politicians often use these words and try to avoid explaining what they actually mean. Extremely frustrating...

An easy way to get out of jury duty.

So today I learned a great way to get out of NYC Jury Duty. While I was sitting in the huge room full of jurors, the clerk announced that if you're a student you can go to the other court house to get a postponement. So I head there and i wait on another line for about a minute, the woman at the desk calls me up and she goes "reason?" and I say "im a law student" and she says "have a good day" hahaha.

As a Recent College Grad...

...I have a very, very hard time getting hired. Period.

As an Independent...

...I will have a very, very hard time getting hired to work on a political campaign.

Always...

...trust your gut. It is amazing what can be avoided or achieved by doing so.
